Ultrasound

Ultrasounds are high frequency acoustic vibrations that cannot be perceived by the human ear.

In the therapeutic field, ultrasounds are obtained artificially by exploiting the properties of
some mineral crystals under the effect of an alternated current electric field to compress and decompress itself, thus emitting vibrations.

Heat is generated thanks to the high frequency vibration and friction of cellular and intra-cellular structures.
